As the largest subscription-based Internet service in the discounted note industry, we provide a daily connection between professional investors and note sellers, which has resulted in many lucrative transactions.

We began operation in February, 1995 and have been instrumental in providing a secondary market for the buying and selling of alternative cash flows including real estate notes world-wide. We have received billions and billions of cash flow notes listed for sale and we haven't even scratched the surface of this incredible industry. Our members are professionals who are actively involved in the discounted real estate note and cash flow industry and will work with note sellers with professionalism and integrity to benefit both parties.

How Many Members Do We Have?

We limited membership to 300. We have limited membership for two reasons. First, we want to insure that each and every member can facilitate transactions without making the service too competitive. Secondly, we do not want to inundate the note seller with too many purchase offers. We have found that limiting the membership provides an excellent environment for all. Note sellers will receive, on average, three outstanding offers within a day of listing his note.

We offer a Free Note Listing Service for people wishing to sell their cash flow. Our members have valuable experience in the industry to address and meet the note sellers needs. Listing a note is a free service and typically takes about two minutes.
